a) to offer its members a satisfactory habitat that meets their legitimate social, economic and cultural aspirations; a bis) this habitat must meet the conditions of decency and habitability provided by law and propose all provisions to combat climate change, both in terms of housing itself and in energy management, mobility and food; a ter) this habitat will be integrated into an urban or rural environment that meets the same conditions as far as possible; b) to build or acquire houses for this purpose on land purchased or received in superficie; c) to promote personal exchanges, particularly intergenerational ones, through architectural and social provisions - mixity and self-management; d) the cooperative has no profit motive. In the event of the sale of a building it owns, the cooperative ensures that the buyers cannot make a speculative transaction. To this end, it may reserve pre-emption, emption or participation rights; e) within the framework of real estate operations carried out with the support of the State, after the expiry of such an operation, or on land sold or made available in superficie by a public authority, the cooperative undertakes not to proceed with the transformation into floor ownership of the building(s) in question; f) the cooperative encourages forms of housing that best correspond to the interests of the inhabitants, particularly with regard to legal status, co-management, various allocations of certain premises, architecture and comfort. It takes into account, according to the possibilities and in the spirit of integrated housing, people who experience particular difficulties on the housing market; g) the cooperative promotes collective and intergenerational relationships; h) the cooperative may participate in enterprises pursuing an identical or similar purpose and acquire membership in umbrella organizations of public utility housing cooperatives.
