a) Purchase in its own name of land on which it builds houses comprising apartments, and, if necessary, commercial or administrative premises; b) purchase of existing buildings with a view to renovating them, provided they present a real interest for the company; c) sale of buildings that the company no longer wishes to keep; d) establishment of rental agreements in favor of persons presenting good moral dispositions and who must acquire the status of shareholders; e) supervision of rents, which must be calculated in such a way as to cover maintenance, interest and depreciation, and in the long term, the improvements made.
