Through the joint action and co-responsibility of its members, the cooperative aims to provide and maintain sustainable housing without profit margins, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, for the benefit of its members. It aims to offer affordable housing for all segments of the population, particularly families, people with reduced mobility, precarious and/or elderly people. It promotes solidarity, social and functional diversity, proximity and conviviality. The cooperative's activity is of public utility and does not pursue any profit-making purpose.
