Through the joint action and co-responsibility of its members, the cooperative aims to provide its members with moderately priced housing, while removing these homes from speculation; offer self-managed, safe, community-oriented and ecological housing; the cooperative strives for partial autonomy, self-management, subsistence farming and the application of ecological practices; it encourages its members in these endeavors as well as in their agricultural, artisanal, therapeutic and/or artistic activities.
