The cooperative aims to provide affordable, sustainable, and publicly useful housing for the elderly in a multigenerational environment. It promotes solidarity, social and functional diversity, proximity, and conviviality. The cooperative commits to working with its members and partners to participate in, find, identify, and/or implement services and/or solutions and/or take initiatives to improve the daily quality of life of the cooperative's seniors and the entire community, among other things through the living lab created in the building. The cooperative also undertakes to find the best financial solutions for seniors, such as renting their housing, ownership, or other financial formulas that best meet their housing needs, as well as their assets and/or income. The organization, participation in events, studies, and research to improve the lives of seniors and their loved ones. The cooperative's activity is of public utility and does not aim to make a profit. The cooperative may participate in companies and organizations with the same objectives or similar purposes. It may be a member of the Swiss Housing Cooperatives - Federation of Public Utility Contractors.
