société coopérative de construction et d'habitation Les Coloriés is a housing cooperative that converted a farmhouse into residential units and shared communal facilities. The project includes six apartments and common spaces such as a large shared kitchen and dining room, a lounge, guest rooms, a workshop, a small on-site shop and outdoor areas with a vegetable garden and orchard. The cooperative uses collective governance and applies ecological practices including on-site renewable energy, rainwater harvesting and vermicomposting toilets.
