To pursue the goal of sustainably covering the need for housing at affordable financial conditions, in accordance with Art. 37 para. 1 lit. a of the Ordinance on Encouraging Moderate Rental or Purchase Prices (OLOG). To this end, the company may, in particular: acquire or rent properties, acquire or grant superficies and carry out any other real estate transaction; build, renovate and manage moderate-rent housing, primarily within the framework of construction and renovation promotion laws. It does not pursue a profit-making purpose. The constructions owned by the cooperative must be used as public utility housing.
