The company's purpose, as a privileged partner of FDS Fromagerie de Saignelégier SA (hereinafter FDS SA), is to contribute to the sustainable management of FDS SA's activities by ensuring a milk delivery adapted to the needs of the Tête de Moine market, in particular. To this end, it participates in setting the terms of milk delivery to FDS SA; it ensures the economic defense of its members, particularly during negotiations on the selling price of milk; it encourages its members to deliver high-quality milk, in accordance with the specifications of the Protected Designation of Origin of Tête de Moine - Fromage de Bellelay; it regulates, if necessary, the distribution among its members in case of changes in production quantities; it regulates, if necessary, the distribution of the base quantity in case of total or partial abandonment of dairy production by one of its members; it submits to FDS SA any other proposals, within the framework of the objectives assigned to the latter.
