The cooperative aims, through joint action and cooperative mutual aid, to promote the well-being of its members and improve their economic interests in the management and maintenance of the private road located in the local area of La Tsoume, of which they are the bordering landowners or users. This road will be constituted as a personal servitude and transferable to be registered in favor of the cooperative and at the expense, in particular, of parcels 8853, 9637, 8368, 5826, 5827, 6579, 4757, 6256, 5894, and 4798 located in the municipality of Riddes. The cooperative may carry out all operations and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or related thereto.
