The social purpose of the EcooSol Cooperative is to: install, maintain and operate photovoltaic installations, with the aim of producing renewable electricity to improve the overall ecological balance of the region; preference will be given to projects coupled with the supply of charging stations for cars, promoting increased self-consumption, electric mobility and energy transition; the cooperative does not pursue a profit-making purpose and encourages, through its action, the production and consumption of photovoltaic current. The cooperative operates in the interest of its members, without any discrimination. To achieve its goals, the cooperative collaborates with the competent authorities and with all institutions supporting its objectives. It may carry out other activities that are related to the purpose of the company or that directly or indirectly promote its purpose. In general, it may carry out all operations that are suitable for developing its purpose.
