The cooperative society aims to: a) Live together and foster human exchange in our diversity, particularly intergenerational, by promoting contact between its inhabitants while respecting the private spheres of each member b) Acquire buildings or properties to be constructed and superficies rights c) Operate the aforementioned buildings in a self-managed manner and rent them to its members or third-party non-member tenants d) Provide its members with housing at favorable conditions e) Allow each member to participate in the management of the cooperative, contribute to the development and evolution of the charter f) Carefully maintain and periodically renovate existing constructions g) Support the initiative of its members to animate the cultural life of the region h) Encourage individual and collective ecological awareness, diversity, sobriety, joy of living, and respect, as well as support lifestyles in line with the values of its members i) Consider ecological and aesthetic aspects when choosing the location and construction and maintenance solutions j) Manage all real estate, financial, or commercial operations directly or indirectly related to the social purpose.
