In general, to serve the public interest by improving housing conditions for the entire population, but particularly for retired and mobility-impaired individuals residing in the municipality of Cressier and its surroundings, as well as for members of the Corporation Saint-Martin, by providing them with safe housing at favorable prices and maintaining it; to encourage the construction or purchase of rental or owner-occupied housing at moderate prices within the meaning of the Federal Act of March 21, 2003 (Housing Act); to acquire, rent, or obtain the free disposal of land on which it builds residential houses; to purchase built properties of interest to the company; to participate in enterprises pursuing an identical or similar purpose and to acquire membership in umbrella organizations of housing cooperatives.
