RÉCIT offers modular management services (for housing and arcades) to owners (public and private), relying on a team of professionals, the expertise of its members and partners, and citizen intelligence. Through its actions, Récit aims to promote, in particular: adapted rents for housing and various socio-economic activities (commercial and non-commercial), notably through economic tools such as rent equalization; neighborhood coordination (citizen governance, coordination of production-transformation-distribution and consumption chains, mutualization of services, deliveries or waste management, troubleshooting between activities, opening hours, visits, etc.). Récit can join or cooperate with other organizations to pursue its purpose.
