The company's purpose is to acquire direct and indirect participations in all companies, in the sense of a holding company. With regard to real estate participations in Switzerland, these will be limited to an exclusively commercial use, in accordance with the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). It may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and may be interested, in any form, in all similar companies. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
