a) improvement of housing conditions in the locality; b) purchase of land and construction of residential houses meeting modern hygiene and domestic economy requirements; c) purchase of existing buildings; d) rental of housing to physical persons who are members of the society; preference will be given to married persons with children living in the locality. A right of preference will also be granted to households that have taken out a second-ranking mortgage loan of at least CHF 3,500.-- with the society.
