To own on behalf of its shareholders a portion of the co-ownership shares by floor of the building located at Avenue William-Favre, namely parcel 1724 of the Commune of Geneva, Eaux-Vives section; to grant its shareholders an exclusive right of use and development of the premises corresponding to the said co-ownership shares, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 712a and following of the Swiss Civil Code and the management and use regulations to be mentioned in the Land Register, and subject to compliance with the obligations arising from a rental agreement; to consent to the registration of personal easements, in particular the right of habitation, in favor of the shareholders or third parties on the said co-ownership shares.
