Participation in commercial and industrial companies, management of own and third-party assets, as well as purchase and sale of real estate, except for operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE); it may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all commercial, financial, industrial, movable or immovable transactions and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or related thereto directly or indirectly.
