The company's purpose is: a) The acquisition, holding, management, administration, direction, and disposal of interests in any companies and/or businesses both in Switzerland and abroad, with the exception of interests in any company whose purpose is the acquisition of real estate in Switzerland. b) Active participation in the conduct of the policy of the group composed of all subsidiaries and sub-subsidiaries of the company and the control of its subsidiaries, and, if necessary and purely internally within the group, the provision of all management and administrative services (including administrative, financial, accounting, commercial, IT, management, or other) to companies with capital links, direct or indirect, with the Company. c) The creation, acquisition, leasing, leaseback, and operation of all businesses, establishments, and commercial activities related to one or more of the activities specified above. The company may: - Either for its own account or for the account of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, and movable transactions both in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose; - Create branches or subsidiaries both in Switzerland and abroad (by way of creating new companies, contributions, subscriptions, acquisitions, or exchanges of securities, obligations, bonds, rights, or social property, mergers, or otherwise, as well as through current accounts or loans from partners, short-term and long-term); - Participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; - Grant loans, advances, or guarantees to subsidiaries, shareholders, or third parties. - Take, acquire, exploit, or dispose of all procedures, patents, and intellectual property rights related to these activities; - And more generally, carry out all movable, economic, legal, financial, commercial, civil, and industrial operations that may relate, directly or indirectly, to any of the aforementioned objects and to all similar or related objects or that may favor their extension or development in any form whatsoever.
