All mandates and services within the scope of the activities of a trustee as defined in Article 17, paragraph 2 of the Federal Act on Financial Institutions, such as the administration of trusts or any similar trust structure, the provision of accounting, economic, financial and tax advice, account monitoring, the incorporation and administration of companies, and the management of companies or assets on behalf of third parties. The company may also carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all commercial, financial and industrial operations directly or indirectly related to its main purpose.
