Asset management is carried out in accordance with Article 19, paragraph 1 FINIG. The company may establish representations, branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad. The company may acquire, hold and sell real estate. The company may engage in all commercial, financial and other activities that are related to the company's purpose.
