The company's purpose is to develop, build, operate, lease and market one or more alpine solar parks and one or more photovoltaic power plants in accordance with sustainable development, as well as to manage and sell the generated energy. The company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, any other activities of any nature, in particular financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable property activities, converging with its main purpose, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE, in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to its main purpose. The company may also establish branches in Switzerland and abroad. It may also participate in any company, acquire or pay fees and commissions, negotiate and execute various contracts or mandates in different countries. The company may also provide financial assistance, including loans, advances, guarantees or securities of any kind to its shareholders, affiliated companies or third parties.
