all sourcing, purchasing, sales and distribution activities for electrical equipment, tools and materials for the companies of the Sonepar Group and, more broadly, for any external customer; all administrative services, including the establishment of all management agreements, provision of services or other, as well as all communication, marketing or publishing operations, for the benefit of the companies of the Sonepar Group; (ii) financial services, including centralized treasury management for the benefit of the companies of the Sonepar Group; (iii) all services to the Group's operational companies for the realization of operations in the field of general and strategic assistance for the definition and implementation of a strategy, including external growth or divestiture of activities, as well as the establishment and monitoring of previously defined action plans; (iv) accounting, legal, tax, IT, commercial, management or other services (cf. statutes for complete purpose).
