The company's purpose is to operate a psychotherapy practice offering supervision, all training activities, including holding conferences in the health field, as well as all commercial and financial operations directly or indirectly related to the main purpose, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may carry out all financial, commercial, or industrial operations, both movable and immovable, participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose, and grant loans or guarantees to partners or third parties, if this promotes its interests. It may, in Switzerland or abroad, create branches and subsidiaries, take participations in other companies, acquire or create similar or related businesses, carry out all business and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto. It may also acquire, operate, and dispose of real estate, both in Switzerland and abroad, within the limits of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE).
