Reserved are operations subject to the authorization regime according to the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The Company may also, in Switzerland and abroad: carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, any operation directly or indirectly related to its purpose or likely to promote it; and grant loans or any other form of financing to, and provide guarantees of any kind, for the direct or indirect benefit of its shareholders, companies of the same group or third parties, in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges or securities on the Company's assets.
