The operation of a wine cellar company as well as the local production and trade of must, grapes and any other type of alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages in bulk or in bottles. The company may, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out harvesting, agricultural work and all financial, commercial, industrial, real estate or movable transactions directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose, create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose and grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if it serves its interests, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE.
