The company's purpose is: the management of all real estate matters, purchase, sale, transformation, renovation of all real estate for the account of third parties or its own account, excluding all real estate transactions prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LF AIE), as well as all operations related to this field of activity, in particular the promotion and construction of buildings, general contracting and all real estate consulting, management, brokerage in the field of real estate; the purchase and sale of all goods and materials, in particular in connection with real estate construction and the trade in automobiles and/or spare parts. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad; it may assume participations in all companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all movable or immovable transactions, and conclude all contracts that serve to develop its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it. The company may also grant loans to its shareholders and third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
