The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, and acquire, hold, sell and finance companies of all kinds. The company may acquire, hold and sell real estate. The company may enter into all transactions that are directly or indirectly related to its purpose and may undertake everything that serves the company's purpose or is related to it. The company may conduct financing transactions and provide securities for obligations of its shareholders and related parties in the form of guarantees, pledges, global assignments, security transfers, security assignments and indemnification declarations.
