Providing assistance to people in distress, primarily former political prisoners of the Soviet Union, scholarships and support services to individuals and organizations that perform social and societal tasks in Russia, supporting individuals and organizations involved in the revival of Russia's cultural heritage, supporting the reconstruction and revitalization of church and monastery activities, financial support and subsidies for the publication of individual educational, commemorative, religious and historical works and studies that cannot be published on a commercial basis, as well as assistance for self-help and promotion of all vital crafts and trades.
