The company's purpose, except for operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), is: a) to operate an architectural office and to perform all architectural design and construction supervision work; b) to carry out construction, conversion, maintenance and renovation work on buildings, in particular as a general contractor; c) to perform all mandates for property management, expertise and valuation, as well as condominium administration; d) all real estate brokerage activities, as well as the purchase, sale, promotion and development of real estate and all real estate rights. As a secondary purpose, the company may, in direct or indirect connection with its purpose, carry out all financial, commercial, movable and immovable transactions, participate in all enterprises or activities and create branches or subsidiaries.
