The purpose of the Société pour la Préservation de l'Eggli (registered company SPE Gstaad AG) is the construction of a new cable car to the Eggli, Gstaad; the construction of a new toboggan run on the Eggli, Gstaad; the creation and ownership of a new clubhouse (Club de Luge) on the Eggli; and the rental of the clubhouse to an operator. The company may carry out all commercial and financial transactions that are directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The company may acquire, manage and dispose of any type of participation. To this end, it may acquire, encumber or sell properties or building rights, limited to business premises in Switzerland. The company may grant loans and other forms of financing to other groups and provide securities for any type of direct or indirect performance by groups or third parties. The company may enter into any business and conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the company or that are directly or indirectly related to it; it may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other domestic and foreign companies, acquire similar or related companies or merge with them.
