The company's purpose is to acquire and manage participations in all financial, commercial, industrial, movable or immovable property companies, both in Switzerland and abroad, excluding all operations prohibited by the LFAIE. It may also create branches, take participations in other companies or mandate subcontractors, in Switzerland and abroad. It may grant loans to its associates or third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by its associates or third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment, and pledge these assets to secure any claim.
