The company's purpose is to carry out all real estate transactions, excluding all operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), i.e. excluding all real estate transactions in Switzerland that do not have an exclusively commercial purpose. The company may: carry out for its own account or for the account of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable or real estate transactions having an exclusively commercial purpose, in direct or indirect relation to its main purpose or apt to promote it; grant loans and guarantees of any kind to associates, affiliated companies or third parties if it serves its interests; create subsidiaries or branches in Switzerland or abroad.
