Strengthening, mobilization, alignment, and training of the entire movement apparatus, particularly the deep and stabilizing muscles. The training is based on Pilates, classical and contemporary dance, proprioception/interoception, and Spiraldynamics. The training sessions take place in group or individual settings. Additionally, fascial rehabilitative and individual training sessions are offered. Furthermore, the owner is active in the fields of dance, choreography, performance, and scenography as a freelance artist.
