In Switzerland and abroad, the acquisition, holding, management, sale of participations and the realization of investments in companies and enterprises, in the sense of a holding company, excluding those related to residential properties in Switzerland. The company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable (except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE) transactions in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose. It may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also grant loans to its shareholders and/or guarantee, secure or co-sign loans granted by third parties to its shareholders.
