In general, the company may carry out all commercial, financial, movable and immovable transactions (excluding transactions prohibited by the LFAIE) and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose or relating directly or indirectly to it. It may participate in companies or enterprises with a similar or other purpose and establish branches in Switzerland and abroad.
