The company's purpose is to engage in all activities in the real estate sector, in particular the purchase, sale, investment, promotion, operation and rental of all real estate, as well as the operation of commercial arcades, excluding transactions subject to the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners. Furthermore, it may carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, movable or immovable transactions, as well as any advisory activity that may be directly or indirectly related to its main purpose or any similar purpose; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; participate in all companies having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose. It may grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties if it serves its interests.
