The foundation aims to maintain the "lth link to hotel ag" (CHE-109.886.718) ("Company") as an independent company on a solid basis, while maintaining its current purpose. This purpose is achieved, among other things, by the foundation exercising the shareholder rights in "lth link to hotel ag" in such a way that the prosperity of the company is ensured in the best possible and long-term manner; using its income, to the extent that it does not serve the continued existence of the foundation, to promote the tourist development and infrastructure of selected regions in Europe and to facilitate cooperation among providers of tourism services, in particular with hotels. The beneficiaries are all providers of tourism services in Europe and natural and/or legal persons connected to this service sector in any way. Furthermore, the foundation may acquire, hold and sell participations in domestic and foreign companies operating in the tourism sector, as well as acquire, operate and sell tourism infrastructure facilities in Europe, in order to achieve or promote its purpose. The sale of the company's shares is possible with the unanimous decision of the foundation board with the consent of the founder. The foundation operates throughout Europe within the scope of its purpose.
