The Association has the following non-profit purpose: to enable its members, under the terms and conditions set out in the present Articles of Association and in the Association's regulations, to use any aircraft made available to the Association by their respective owners; to promote among its members an interest in the various professions related to air transport, in particular in the field of commercial business aviation; to collaborate with third-party companies specialized in the aeronautical sector; to organize and participate with its members in events organized in the context of air shows and fairs, as well as visits to airports, aeronautical museums or aircraft construction and maintenance centers. The association is registered in the commercial register. To promote charitable activities that include donations and the possibility of using flight hours for people and institutions in need.
