The foundation aims to promote administrative framework conditions and governance rules on the Swiss financial market that have a positive impact on society and the environment, with a particular focus on the area of digital assets. To this end, the foundation can promote and finance corresponding activities and projects, receive and grant donations, take over representations and participate in other companies, hold and grant IP rights and/or license rights. The foundation can also transfer the fulfillment of its tasks to other organizations, create and/or promote existing ones. The foundation has no commercial purpose and does not pursue any profit. The foundation is active globally and can participate in projects of other organizations with similar goals or support Swiss or foreign organizations with similar purposes. It can establish and operate institutions to achieve its goals. It can take over all tasks that may arise within the scope of its activities. It can acquire real estate and other rights to properties in Switzerland or abroad (in Switzerland excluding transactions subject to the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad).
