The cooperative aims to achieve, through mutual self-help among its members: 1. The development and provision of favorable trust and accounting services, as well as related consulting services, both domestically and internationally, for the benefit of medium-sized enterprises. 2. The cooperative may participate in actions and business projects, and to this end, may acquire participations or participate in companies. Measures taken in accordance with this provision may also be outside the scope of the objectives set out in paragraph 1 of this article. The cooperative may also acquire real estate. 3. The cooperative may also restructure members in financial difficulties and take all necessary measures on behalf of the member as needed. In such cases, a restructuring plan is agreed upon with the member. It maintains a fund to support members in old age and in emergency situations. 4. The cooperative trades and collects tin figures and antiques. The cooperative may acquire or sell properties, merge with other companies or participate in them, and enter into any business and conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the cooperative or are related thereto.
