The company may, both in Switzerland and abroad: establish branches; participate in other companies having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose, acquire or establish them; in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; grant loans to its associates and third parties; act as guarantor for loans subscribed by associates and third parties; secure these loans by issuing mortgages and hypothecary securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
