The company's purpose is to operate establishments for the purchase, sale, manufacture, distribution, transportation, and marketing of electrical equipment and its components, iron and metals, hardware, machines, and all materials related to the construction industry, as well as any activities that converge with this purpose. Furthermore, the company may carry out, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, in Switzerland and abroad, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable or immovable transactions, except for those prohibited by the LFAIE, which may be directly or indirectly related to its main purpose.
