The company's purpose is - the operation of a business active in national and international road transport, including special transports, maritime transport and air transport of all goods and materials as well as the transport of persons, - all activities related to cleaning and maintenance. It may carry out all commercial and financial operations (except those resulting from the mandate of financial intermediary within the meaning of the LBA), whether movable or immovable (except all operations prohibited by the LFAIE) in direct or indirect relation with its purpose and likely to promote its interests, participate in all Swiss or foreign companies, acquire such companies, merge with other companies as well as create branches in Switzerland and abroad. It may grant loans or advances to its members or to third parties as well as guarantee loans subscribed by members or third parties, secure such loans by the issuance or pledge of mortgage securities or other securities.
