The company's purpose (in compliance with the rules governing the acquisition of real estate by foreigners) is to carry out all real estate transactions, in particular the purchase and sale of all properties and real estate companies, either in its own name or as an intermediary; to study, design, plan and execute, both on its own account and on behalf of third parties, projects in the real estate sector as well as to execute any mandate for promotion, management and administration in the real estate sector; any activity in the construction sector, in particular the study, planning, marketing, execution and promotion of any real estate project, as well as the execution of all works, including as a general contractor or total contractor; the representation and trade of all goods and products as well as the acquisition and exploitation of licenses and patents related, in particular, to the construction sector; as an ancillary activity, the execution of all commercial and financial transactions, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to the above purposes, as well as the acquisition of interests in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes. The company may also grant loans and/or guarantees, in any form whatsoever, to its shareholders or third parties. The company may carry out its activities both in Switzerland and abroad.
