It may establish branches in Switzerland or abroad. The company may grant loans, with or without collateral, to its shareholders, to companies directly or indirectly affiliated with it, to persons close to it, or to persons close to its shareholders or to companies directly or indirectly affiliated with it, and provide them with other services, in both cases with or without consideration. It may also provide them with financial support in the form of collateral of any nature to guarantee the obligations of these shareholders, companies, or close persons, with or without consideration.
