The acquisition, holding, management, development and disposal of participations in all companies and financial, commercial, industrial or real estate companies, in Switzerland and abroad, it being specified that the company may hold, in Switzerland, a participation in a real estate company or enterprise if (i) the shares of the latter are listed on a stock exchange in Switzerland or if (ii) the real estate company or enterprise has the purpose of acquiring buildings for exclusively commercial use, as well as the financing, granting of guarantees, control and advice in favor of the companies and corporations in which it participates and, in general, the performance of all operations directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The company may also carry out all operations that are directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and that promote or facilitate its development.
