The foundation aims to: establish and operate a retirement and care home in Ittigen; provide and make available (rent) housing to elderly, disabled and socially disadvantaged persons in the municipalities of Ittigen and Bolligen, as well as, under certain conditions, grant rent subsidies. To achieve the foundation's purpose, the foundation can build new buildings on its own land or in building rights, rent or buy properties, renovate existing buildings and use them for the purposes of the foundation. It can conclude a rental agreement with third parties for existing buildings and transfer the management of its retirement and care homes to third parties. The foundation can also transfer the management of the rented apartments to third parties. The foundation operates within the framework of its purpose in the municipalities of Bolligen and Ittigen. The foundation's profits and capital are exclusively dedicated to the aforementioned purpose. Commercial purposes are excluded.
