The promotion of efforts to establish and manage a retirement home, possibly a nursing home or senior apartments, in the area of the former municipality of Bilten or its surroundings, as well as the possible establishment and management of such facilities by the foundation, serve the purpose and are carried out under the condition that suitable retirement homes, possibly suitable nursing homes or senior apartments, can be made available to elderly, care-dependent, and needy residents in the area of the former municipality of Bilten, either within this area itself or in the closest possible surroundings. The foundation can take all measures and conduct all business that serves to pursue and achieve the foundation's purpose. The foundation can acquire and dispose of real estate and property rights. The foundation does not pursue any profit-making purpose.
