People with disabilities should be given the opportunity to be supported and trained. Through comprehensive training, they have the opportunity to work in the free market without state additional benefits (disability insurance, etc.). Market-standard products are produced and sold by people with disabilities. This enables them to live as independently and responsibly as possible. To fulfill this purpose, the foundation's core task is to establish and operate sheltered workshop positions. The foundation is non-profit and does not operate for profit. Target group: Visually impaired individuals, people with brain injuries, people with substance addiction, people with psychiatric problems, people with organic disorders, former drug addicts. Offering: Training, support, daily structure, preparation for the market economy. Vocational training opportunities: In the workshops and training centers, people with disabilities should be trained in the areas of carpentry, chair caning, and basketry.
