The foundation aims to support and accompany individuals in difficult and challenging personal and professional or entrepreneurial situations. To achieve this purpose, the foundation creates a network of experienced individuals who want to give something back to society in a selfless and unpaid manner. The support of beneficiaries is provided, in particular, through personal advice, coaching, and mediation of useful contacts, i.e., through counsel and action. Furthermore, the foundation can enable needy individuals to participate in leisure and recreational activities. Direct financial support of beneficiaries by the foundation is excluded. The support provided by the foundation is free of charge and does not obligate beneficiaries to provide any consideration or to behave in a specific manner. The pursuit of the foundation's purpose takes place in Switzerland and abroad. The foundation is politically and denominationally neutral and provides its support to a correspondingly open circle of beneficiaries. A change or adaptation of the foundation's purpose can only be made by the foundation council in justified exceptional cases and subject to the approval of the supervisory authority. Article 86b of the Swiss Civil Code (non-essential amendments to the foundation deed) remains reserved.
